We optimize recovery of movement and function by adopting diverse methods according to the clinical case:

The Maitland® Concept

The Maitland® Concept relates to manual therapy in the initial and ongoing treatment of functional disorders in the joint, muscle and nervous system. The use of Maitland® Concept techniques is based on clinical concepts, and it adopts the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). What makes the Concept special is the combination of the individual and specific treatment of patients combined with the therapist’s clinical experience in keeping with the latest scientific findings and the IFOMPT standards. In addition to joint mobilization and manipulation of the extremities and spine, the Concept makes use of neurodynamic techniques, muscle stretching, stabilizing exercises and specifically adapted exercises the patient can do at home.
